Port Blair, Feb 21: The Annual Conference of the Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers’ Association held at Port Blair on 18-19 February, 2012 has elected a new Central Executive Committee with Mr. SC Biswas as President and Mr. Sadanand Rai and Mr. S. Surender as Vice Presidents. Mr. D. Ayyappan has been re-elected as the General Secretary of the Association. Mr. TS Sreekumar and Mr. P. Sathyapal have been elected as Assistant General Secretaries while Mr. DS Clement Stephen has been elected as Finance Secretary. Six Organising Secretaries and one Office Secretary were also elected besides members to the Central Executive Committee.
