Sri Vijaya Puram, Sep 09: The Andaman & Nicobar Islands Real Estate Association (ANIREA) has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 24th September 2025 at 5:00 PM at the ANIREA Office, Goalghar, Port Blair.
The meeting will cover important matters including the presentation of the Annual Report and Audited Accounts for FY 2024–25, appointment of auditors for FY 2025–26, approval of the action plan for the coming year, as well as discussions on the challenges and opportunities in the real estate sector of the Islands.
If applicable, elections for office bearers will also be conducted. The AGM will conclude with a vote of thanks.
The Association has requested all members to attend punctually, noting that quorum as per the bye-laws is required. Only members with cleared subscription dues will be eligible to vote.
This AGM is expected to provide a platform for constructive dialogue and decision-making to strengthen the real estate sector in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
