Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug 20: The Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee (ANTCC) observed the 81st birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Late Mr. Rajiv Gandhi with great reverence at Gandhi Bhawan, Port Blair.
ANTCC President Mr. Rangalal Halder and Campaign Committee Chairman Mr. TSG Bhasker led the partymen in paying floral tributes to the portrait of Mr. Rajiv Gandhi, remembering his visionary leadership and immense contributions towards the nation’s progress.
On this occasion, sweets were distributed among the gathering to commemorate the day.
All heads of frontal organisations and departments, along with several Senior Congress leaders and party workers, were present during the event.
