Sri Vijaya Puram, July 28: The Hindu Seva Sangh strongly supports the stand taken by Member of Parliament Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray regarding enhancement of the maximum age limit for government recruitment in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray has rightly raised the concern of thousands of educated but unemployed youth of the islands by demanding that the upper age limit for recruitment be increased to 40 years, with an additional 5-year relaxation for local islanders. This demand is not only just but also essential, considering the unique socio-geographical challenges of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and the limited job opportunities available locally.
Hindu Seva Sangh believes that such a step will bring much-needed relief to many families and provide fair opportunity to islanders who have remained unemployed due to delayed recruitments and lack of timely openings.
Hindu Seva Sangh, also requests the PCCF, Department of Environment and Forest to extend the date for submission of application for the post of Ranger from 20August 2025 to 10th of September 2025, to accomodate many students who are expecting results in the final month of August 2025.
Hindu Seva Sangh, urge the Administration and Central Government to consider this demand positively and act in the best interest of the island youth.
