Sri Vijaya Puram, June 24:In exercise of the power conferred under M.V. Act 1988 (Act No.59 of 1988) read with Administration’s Notification No./2008/F.No.32-95/2008-TR. Dated 10th March, 2008, the District Magistrate, South Andaman District has notified for the information of all concerned that the wearing coat of the New Minor Bridge at Sippighat on NH-04 has been damaged and requires immediate rectification and strengthening.
Hence, all the vehicles shall be diverted over the old existing Sippighat Minor Bridge (Km 23.150) on NH-04 with effect from 25.06.2025 until further orders. All concerned Departments, Enforcement Agencies, and Transport Operators have been directed to ensure strict compliance with this notification in the interest of public safety.
