CAT Kolkata Bench to Hold Circuit Sitting in Port Blair from April 28 to May 2

Sri Vijaya Puram, Apr. 16: The Deputy Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal Kolkata Bench has informed that there shall be a Circuit Sitting at Port Blair, A&N Islands from 28.04.2025 to 02.05.2025 (both days inclusive).
Fresh application will also be entertained. Departments those who are having CAT cases have been requested to contact the Government Pleader/ Panel Advocates with relevant case documents and brief them about the case in detail, so as to enable the Government Counsel to defend the case on behalf of the Administration fully prepared. Head of Departments have also been requested to instruct their Nodal Officers to be present in the Tribunal on the date of hearing along with relevant documents to assist the Government Pleader/Panel Advocate at the time of hearing.
