
Sri Viajya Puram, Mar 26: Through diligent efforts and professionalism during investigation, the team of Police Station Aberdeen had arrested one person for theft of a Motor Cycle from Prem Nagar area.
On 28/01/2025, a case has been reported at PS Aberdeen for theft of a Motor Cycle parked near to the complainant’s house at Prem Nagar. Upon this, a case under relevant section of law has been registered against unknown person and investigation was entrusted to Head Constable Shiv Nath of PS Aberdeen.
A dedicated team comprising of Head Constables Shiv Nath, Sunil Singh Yadav and Police Constables P. Mohammed Rafique, Surender Singh Yadav & K. Jagdish Babu was formed to recover the stolen Motor Cycle and to locate the accused person. Through diligent efforts and professionalism by the team of Police Station, they identified a modified Motor Cycle of the same make and model without number plates, on examination of its engine & chassis number, the bike is found to be the same which was stolen from Prem Nagar. On interrogation, the accused namely C. H Kalyan (19 Yrs) S/o Mr. Thirupati R/o Prem Nagar confessed to the crime. Subsequently, the accused was arrested and produced before Court, where he was remanded to Judicial Custody.
The entire investigation was supervised by Insp. Vishal Ram, SHO PS Aberdeen under the command of Mr. Vikas, IPS, SDPO South Andaman.
