Diglipur, July 10: The Directorate of Industries, A&N Administration is organizing a short term Skilled Development training program on ‘Handicrafts (Coconut Shell, Wood and Cane & Bamboo) products’ at Swaraj Gram under Radhanagar Gram Panchayat, Diglipur from July 8 to 14, 2024.
The programme was inaugurated by the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Radhanagar, Shri Bikash Roy. Altogether, 13 candidates are participating in the training program and are being imparted basic skills and knowledge for making handicrafts, thus creating self-employment opportunities and boosting of the economy of Islands.
