Port Blair, Feb 13: The Port Blair Municipal has informed that due to the depletion of water level in Dhanikari dam, APWD has imposed 30% curtailment in the supply in treated water w.e.f. 15/02/2012
Therefore, the supply of water will be made every 3rd day instead of on alternate day, to all areas covered by the command tanks of Police Lines Nayagoan, Buniyadabad AIR., Lall Bijen, Ranchi Tekari and New Pahargoan tank till further notice The general public is requested to use the water judiciously and bear with the inconvenience in public interest.
