Port Blair, Feb 13: Mr. P.B. Murugan, the Chairperson of Port Blair, Municipal Council along with Mr. B. Hema Rao Councillor, Ward No. 02, Sanitary officer and other Sr. Officers of the Council visited the Pay & Use Suvidha Kendra situated in Ward No. 02, Haddo managed and maintained by M/s. Sulab International and heard the grievance of the general public.
Responding to the complaint of the general public the Chairperson directed the concerned officials of the council to ensure supply of adequate quantity of raw water for the use of the toilet block and repair of the Toilet bock as well as the resting room. Mr. Hama Rao, Ward Councillor demanded construction of more toilet blocks for the convenience of the residents of the area. The Chairperson assured early action in this regard.
