Port Blair, Mar 06: State Child Protection Society (SCPS), under the Directorate of Social Welfare, is pleased to announce the launch of a poem writing competition for children aged 10-18 years as part of the Swachata Abhiyaan initiative. The competition aims to encourage children to use their creativity to promote cleanliness and hygiene in their communities.
All children aged 10-18 years are invited to participate in the competition by submitting their original poems (Hindi & English) related to the theme of Swachata Abhiyaan. Participants are required to include their Name, Age, Class, and Contact Number along with their entries.
Prizes will be awarded to the First, Second, Third places, and 10 Consolation Prizes will be provided to the winners in each age group based on the creativity and relevance of their entries. The competition provides an excellent opportunity for children to showcase their artistic talents while spreading awareness about the importance of cleanliness and hygiene.
Entries can be submitted at the SCPS Office located at the Directorate of Social Welfare building in Room No. 308. Alternatively, entries can also be submitted via email at icpsdsw2011@gmail.com. The last date for submitting your poem is 18th March 2024 (Monday).
