Port Blair, Feb 02: Synergy is organising a classical Instrument Music Programme at 6.15 P.M. on 10th February 2012 in the Seminar Hall of Tagore Govt. College of Education, Middle Point, Port Blair on the theme “Unity in Diversity”. A Great Luminary of Indian classical music Pandit Soumitra Lahiri from Kolkata who has mastery over the string instrument sitar in particular, his conception, his presentation of the ragas without compromising the pristine character, his skill in fusing tradition without innovation has made him a class apart shall be performing a classical Music Programme for the music lovers of these Islands. The admission for the programme is free.
