Port Blair, Oct 15: It continues with the “ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ” Towards encroachment over Govt. Rev. land the District Administration North and Middle Andaman has taken another significant step towards protection of Government land in the District of North and Middle Andaman. Accordingly eviction drive was conducted in Mayabunder Tehsil on 14.10.2023 at Pahalgaon village,where the encroachment in the shape of Temporary structure made over on Government land at Pahalgaon village and well fenced area to the extent of 300 Sq. Mtrs. out of Govt. Revenue land bearing Sy.No.256/1, have been cleared from encroachment and the land is restored to Government.
Similar encroachment removal drives will be conducted in other tehsils of the district as well.
