Port Blair, Oct 04: In order to up-skill interested youth / homemakers in the sphere of baking and confectionery, the Department of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, DBRAIT is organizing a two-day course on “Bakery Skills” on 5th and 6th Oct 2023 (from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm).
The course will be conducted at DBRAIT at Advance Training Kitchen Lab by visiting Master Trainer from Chennai. Interested candidates may contact Dr. Deepanshu Singh, Lecturer (Hotel Management) through SMS in mobile no. 9531881733 and confirm their participation. The batch size is limited to 20 and participants will register on a First come first serve basis. The course fee is Rs. 500/- per candidate.
It may be noted that participants need not bring any ingredients/ items as required items for baking will be provided in the workshop.
