On the auspicious occasion of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, the birthday of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW), I convey my greetings and good wishes to all Islanders.
The Holy Prophet showed us the path of compassion, love and righteous living. The need for inculcating the virtues taught by him is more relevant today than ever before.
I hope that this occasion would be the portent of peace, progress, prosperity and happiness in everyone’s life and would strengthen the bonds of communal harmony, brotherhood and amity, which are the hallmarks of Andaman & Nicobar’s glorious pluralistic traditions.
