Port Blair, Sept 26: Tribal leaders of Central & South Nicobar headed by Shri Rashid Yusoof and appreciated the new harbour Master who has taken over charge in the first week of this month, for having a major and delightful decision was taken today to impart FREE of Cost Elementary Marine education to deserving local folks to make them eligible to operate relevant floating bodies.
The training will be given as per rules and the certificates will be issued to the candidates accordingly. This is also to be mentioned that these candidates were till now not being able to give their best in this type of training given to them.
This will also be appreciated that he promised to give his best service to tribal people. It is a big welcome move by the Harbour Master of Port Management Board.
