Port Blair, Dec 17: The Minister of State in the Ministry of Human Resources Development Dr. Shashi Tharoor has informed the Parliament that no posts of PGTs are lying vacant from 2002 to 2005 but a total No. of 34 posts of PGTs are lying vacant from 2006 to 2012.
Replying to a Parliament Question raised by Mr. Bishnu Pada Ray, the Member of Parliament, recently Dr. Tharoor added that the A & N Admn. initiated action to conduct the DPC for filling up of 22 vacancies under the Promotion quota and 12 vacancies under the direct recruitment quota.
