Port Blair, Dec 17: following a tip off by a local fishermen, I/COP Kishori Nagar, SI Soulesh Xess along with Police party and civilian rush to Dundas Ghop Island and apprehended five Myanmarese poachers along with engine dinghy in the intervening night of 15/12/2012 and brought the apprehended Myanmarese to Kishori Nagar.
Meanwhile, on 16/12/12 at 0830 hrs. the IOP East Island Police guard personnel, while on coastal area patrolling also apprehended two Myanmaries poachers from the north coast of East Island and handed over to Coast Guard for further transportation to Diglipur and legal action.
