Port Blair, Dec 21: The President of Nicobar Youth Association Mr.Rayhaan Pasha on behalf oftribal community of Nicobar District appreciated the Chief Secretary for issuing circular dated 20th December 2022 to make A & N Administration easily accessible for the general public as well as tribal. Now it is only because of the Chief Secretary Mr. Keshav Chandra IAS that tribal living at the far-flung area/remote islands that often come to Port Blair will be able to present their problem/ Grievances for redressal to the Administration. The tribal will remain grateful to the Chief Secretary & A& N Administration.
