Port Blair, Nov 15: The Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma today paid rich tributes to Bhagwan Birsa Munda on his birth anniversary.
The Member of Parliament attended two functions this morning at Ranchi Association, Mohanpura and AttamPahar to pay his tributes.
He garlanded the statue of Freedom fighter Bhagwan Birsa Munda during the function and interacted with the members of Chota Nagpuri Community.
Addressing the public he said that freedom fighter Bhagwan Birsa Munda is a symbol of bravery and sacrifice and the young generation must follow his path of bravery and honour.
“His contribution to protecting the interests of tribal society will always be remembered,” the Member of Parliament added.
