Port Blair, Oct 02: Ms V. K. Mariyam Bibi the Zilla Parishad Member,Bambooflat, Smti Rasheeda bibi , Pradhan, Hopetown and Shri B. Laxmi Narayan, Samity member, and other PRI members of Gram Panchayat expressed their heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family of Late C. H . Appa Rao aged 38 years R/o Hopetown who lost his life in an unfortunate incident. As per details,he had gone for fishing and drowned into sea near North Bay on 02.10.2022.
