Port Blair, Sep 18: Dr. J Arockia Raj, National Member, World Human Rights Protection Commission, New Delhi, on behalf of WHRPC expressed gratitude to Chief Secretary, A&N Administration for his efforts to resolve DBRAIT student’s issues by undergoing a talk with Vice Chancellor of Puducherry University.
WHRPC also requested the Chief Secretary to streamline all the colleges, like Andaman College, Andaman Law College, ANIIMS, etc affiliated with Puducherry University, so that any action may not affect the students of A&N Islands in the future. He said that the Education is a fundamental human right, A&N Administration should take Education as a priority.
