Port Blair, Jun 19: In a commendable job, the Police team of PS Billyground today traced out one senior citizen of Tushnabad village, South Andaman, who was missing for the last three days from the Jaipur area of Middle Andaman.
The elderly person, Mr. Ramesh Chander Mandal had reportedly come to Jaipur village to meet one of his relatives.
Upon receipt of the missing report at PS Billyground, SHO Madhab Halder immediately formed a Police team to locate the missing senior citizen.
On 19th June 2022 after a great deal of efforts by the PS Billyground team the elderly man was found from deep forest of Jaipur village, Middle Andaman. The old man was reportedly sitting on a big rock near a Spring.
The police team immediately brought him to PHC Billyground for his medical checkup. Presently he is admitted at PHC Billyground and his condition is said to be stable.
People of the region expressed gratitude to the SHO, Madhab Halder and his team for their relentless endeavour to locate the elderly man.
