Port Blair, June 17: During the RT-PCR test conducted on 205 incoming flight passengers who arrived here yesterday, 15 positive cases have been detected. Today, 12 flights with 1909 passengers arrived, out of which, 1654 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 227 passengers and the reports are awaited.
During RAT conducted on 57 passengers bound for North & Middle Andaman at Ferrargunj, no positive case has been detected. At Phoenix Bay Jetty, 93 passengers were tested with RAT, no positive case has been detected. RAT was conducted on 62 passengers at Mohanpura Bus Terminus, no positive case has been detected. At helipad, 3 passengers were tested with RAT and all were negative.
