Port Blair, June 06: The aircrafts of SpiceJet and GoFirst, which could not land at Port Blair yesterday due to inclement weather conditions, today landed at Port Blair safely with all passengers.
According to details, due to bad weather conditions yesterday the flight schedule in the Port Blair sector got disrupted.
As per details out of total 12 flights, two flights could not land at Port Blair yesterday and were diverted.
According to reports , the GoFirst flight which left from Bangalore at around 02:10 PM yesterday could not land at Port Blair and hence the flight returned back. But surprisingly instead of Bangalore the flightlanded at Chennai with 136 passengers.
Similarly Spice jet flight which left Chennai, with 170 passengers, yesterday morning at 11:00 AM could not land at Port Blair after few attempts and therefore the flight was diverted to Vishakapatnam.
As per details today the SpiceJet flight reached Port Blair at 10.25 AM with all 170 passengers and the GoFirst flight reached Port Blair by 11.25 AM.
