Port Blair, Nov 25: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President, PCC and all members, Senior leaders of the Party have deeply mourned the death of Smti Binodini Roy, aged 98years at GB Pant Hospital today after prolonged illness. She was the mother of Smti Arati Das,Ex Zilla Parishad Member, Neil Islands.
