Port Blair, May 17: 2566th Buddha Purnima was celebrated by the Burmese Buddhist Mission on 15th May 2022 at Phoung Chaung, Port Blair.
The programme was organized by the Committee members in association with Mr. Aziz Ur Rahman, Sr. Vice-Chairperson, PBMC and Youths of Phoung Chaung.
The Chief Monk delivered the speech on Lord Buddha, Prayers for world peace and Buddha Puja were performed during the celebration. A procession with Buddha Statue was carried out in the evening.
