Port Blair, Mar 16: Mr. Naresh Chander Lal, Padmashri Awardee recently received Bhartiya Kala Ratana Award for Best Film Director by the Global Scholar’s Foundation, Pune on 06th February 2022. As Mr. Naresh Chander Lal was unwell and could not attend the award function the award was sent to his home address.
