Port Blair, Feb 20: District Child Perfection Unit, District Administration, South Andaman in collaboration with Science Centre organized an exposure trip for the children of SevaNiketan (Child Care Institution) to Science Centre on the occasion of National Science Day on 20th February 2022.
The program started with a brief introduction to the Science Centre and the purpose of celebrating National Science Day.
The Children visited the Science gallery and a demo of the Models were presented to them. The children also enjoyed the Science Park, garden and 3D Show of the Science Centre.
A competition cum activity was conducted for the children. The program culminated with a Fun Show on Science.
The program was coordinated by Mr. Debasish Paul, Education Officer, Science Centre. Altogether 44 children participated in the program.
District Administration ensures to organize such program for the children of CCI to provide an ample opportunity for learning and growing.
