Port Blair, Jan 05: The Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee launched an extensive 2-day campaign to train its senior party leaders under the “Orientation Programme for Organization Training” on Wednesday at Gandhi Bhawan.
The programme commenced with lighting of lamp by ANTCC President, Mr. Rangalal Halder, ANTCC Vice-President Smti. Shanta Laxman Singh, DCC President, Mr V.K Abdul Aziz, Mahila Congress South Andaman Coordinator Smti. Zubaida Begum and senior Congress leader, Mr Manickam.
On the first day, the party trained about 35 senior leaders of the organization who will later conduct trainings in District, City and Block levels. The topics that were discussed include local issues, booth management, better utilization of social media, focus on Congress ideology and exposing the true face of BJP-RSS.
