Diglipur, Dec. 20: With a philanthropic gesture, two NGOs namely “Mantra 4 Change” and Suriya Foundation” with the help of Aashraya Hastha Trust have donated a number of COVID Relief Materials to PHC, Radhanagar, under CHC, Diglipur yesterday.
The relief materials are: 5 nos. of Fowler Cots, 5 nos. of Flower Beds, 200 nos. of N 95 Masks, 10 nos. of Oxymeters, 200 nos. of Bed Covers, 700 nos. of Gloves, 1 no. of B.P. Apparatus, 5 nos. of Junction Box, 200 nos. Pillow Covers, 5 nos. of Pedestal Fans & 1 no. of Laptop.
The team of doctors, after receiving these health care materials from the aforesaid NGOs have expressed gratitude to “Mantra 4 Change” and Suiya Foundation” and said that these relief materials will augment and improve the healthcare facilities at PHC, Radhanagar.
The people of Radhanagar and the residents of adjacent villages/areas availing the service of the PHC, Radhanagar hailed these two NGOs and said that these health care materials will prove to be a boon to them and the remote health centre, PHC, Radhanagar already struggling with a number of shortcomings will now also be in condition to provide relatively better health services to the patients, the residents of Radhanagar also opined, a source said.
The above-mentioned COVID Relief Materials are part of donations from the Bangalore based NGOs to aid and assist the health centre under National Health Mission, the source also said.
