Port Blair, Nov 25: The Nehru Yuva Kendra Rangat in Collaboration with CHC Rangat was orgnaised Jal Shakti Abhiyan & Prevention of Covid 19 Infection (Awareness Campaign and Post Lock Down Interventions at Assistant Commissioner Office Rangat on 25.11.2021. The Main objective of the programme is the aware the public the important of Water in our daily routine life as well as Prevention of Covid 19. Smt Prabhawati Biswas,Ex zilla Parisad Adhiyaksha was the chief guest on the occasion while Mr B.Devraj, Vice of Compassion ,NGO Rangat was guest of gonor. Mahila Mandal Members,Youth club members SHGs Members,Anganwadi workers, & ANM were participate in this programme.
In the beginning of this programme Smti V.Leena, ICTC counsellor, CHC Rangat welcome the gathering. An Orientation programme in connection with World AIDs days 2021 with the theme End Inequalities, End AIDSs, End Pandemics with the collaboration with NYK Rangat and National Rural Livelihood Mission.
The chief guest appeal all the participants to participate all the Govt Scheme programme as well as jal Shakti Abhiyan ,Covid 19 Programme and other programme organized by the Administration/NYK/NGOs etc. Mr B.Devraj, chairman, Vice of compassion take the topic of Jal Shakti abhiyan while Smt Poonam Roy Panchayat Secretary Rangat take the topic of Swachh Bharat Mission Mr Jag Jeevan Ram Deputy Director, NYK Rangat briefed about the importance of Jal Shakti Abhiyan and Covid-19 awareness programme.
