Port Blair, Oct 14: In terms of the news items published in government run newspaper on 10th October, 2021 on the matter of online/walk-in-interview for contractual appointment of employees afresh at the end of 11 months or the period envisaged and the existing employees can also apply therein. The Chief Secretary, A&N Administration also specifically directed thereon that there should not be endless continuation of contractual employees, year after year.
Mr. Rangalal Halder, President and Mr. G Bhasker, Chairman Campaign Committee, Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee hereby strongly condemn the above news items of the Andaman & Nicobar Administration on behalf of the unemployed educated Youths of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
They further stated that there are thousands of posts lying vacant in all departments of A&N Administration, which required to be filled up on top priority basis. At the same time, creation and sanction of various posts for recruitment in all departments are also need to taken up and completed within a prescribed time schedule.
