Port Blair, Aug 27: While the Humphery Strait Bridge is almost ready, the works for Middle Strait Bridge is also in full swing. Till today works for eight pillars of Middle Strait Bridges, (in the Baratang side) are over, while works for rest nine pillars, seven in creek and rest two on the Middle Strait area, are going on.
Talking to Andaman Sheekha sources in NHIDCL today said that the new target for completion of the bridge is September 2022. Once completed, these two bridges of ATR, the Middle Strait Bridge and the Humphery Strait Bridge will bring a major transformation in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
