Port Blair, Apr 03: The Member of Parliament has informed to the Chief Secretary that he has received a letter from Shri. Shyamal Jaidhar, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Brindaban stating that there are 250 poor family in their constituency who are very poor and their daily livelihood was daily work. Due to lockdown, they have not been able to go outside for work and hence unable to earn anything for their livelihood.
MP has further added that a number of nearby local people have helped these helpless residents consisting of women and children all these days. Now, they are also finding it difficult due to their limited resources.
In view of the above context,MP has requested to the AN Administration to help these poor people at the earliest on humanitarian ground.
