Port Blair, Feb 03: On request of NHDIL authorities, the power supply will remain suspended between 1400 hrs. to 1700 hrs. w.e.f. from 04.03.2020 to till completion of the work on as and when required basis for shifting HT & LT transmission lines for National Highway construction work. The work is required to be completed before monsoon to ensure uninterrupted and smooth power supply at the area. The area affected will be : Rangachang, Kodiyaghat, Chidiyatapu and adjacent area.
The above mentioned work will be carried out subject to weather condition and time mentioned is tentative which may change subject to completion of work.
