Port Blair, June 17: Heavy rain may occur at isolated places over Andaman & Nicobar Islands during next 24 Hours.
Meanwhile warning has also been issued for fishermen. “Under the influence of strong South West Monsoon current, Southwesterly wind speed between 45 & 55 kmph and rough to very rough seas likely along and off Andaman & Nicobar coast,” a release said here today.
LOCAL CAUTIONARY SIGNAL NO III HOSTED AT PORT BLAIR PORT. Fishermen are advised to be cautious while venturing into the sea.
