Port Blair, Dec 08: A human trafficking racket was busted by the police team of Tylerabad Police Station today at 01:10 pm with the arrest of two persons, one lady and a man. Five girls have also been rescued by the Police.
It is learnt that two teams were constituted under the overall supervision of DySP Ajay Kumar Rai and SHO Tylerabad Police Unit Inspector Sahil Shamsuddin. A trap was laid at a house situated behind the Hyundai Showroom, Dolly gunj.
As per sources, Sarun Nisha R/o Dollygunj and Nand Bahadur R/o Garacharma has been arrested along with 5 ladies under section 3/4/5 of Immoral Trafficking Act.
