Port Blair, Jan 09: The Port Blair Municipal Council, in its special meeting held on 09.01.2012, observed two minutes silence to pay homage to Mr.H.N.Parial, Ex-Chairman and Councillor, Port Blair Municipal Board, from 1990 to 1994, who died on 05.01.2012 at G.B.Pant Hospital, Port Blair. Late. H.N.Parial is survived by his wife and two sons. He was a selfless social worker.
