Port Blair, Sept 01: Diwali festival is one the main festivals of India when people, especially the children enjoy the festivity by burning crackers etc. But this has been informed by many inhabitants of Southern group of Islands to the PCC chief that their children are not getting the opportunity to have crackers during the festival for last three years, when their counterparts at other islands enjoys crackers, which make them unhappy. Accordingly Kuldeep has requested the Lt Governor to consider boat having license for carrying explosive for carrying the crackers to Southern group of islands before Diwali for the happiness of the children of those areas.
