Port Blair, Nov. 19: All Political Parties, agencies, commercial establishments, social/cultural organizations, event management groups are being informed that banners/advertisements or any form of advertisement should be displayed with the permission of the Municipal Council as required under PBMC Advertisement Bye Laws 1999, said the Secretary PBMC in a press release received here today.
Any form of advertisement displayed without the permission of PBMC is violation of the rules in force. It is also brought to the knowledge of all concerned that defacement of public property is also prohibited by the A&N Administration, the release added.
