Sri Vijaya Puram, Mar 01: The Office of the Joint Controller of Communications Accounts, Sri Vijayapuram organizes a quarterly Pension Adalat for the pensioners of BSNL and Department of Telecom of Andaman and Nicobar Circle. To ensure that every pensioner gets the benefit of the Pension Adalat, the Office of the Joint Controller of Communications Accounts organizes Pension Adalat in all the districts of Andaman and Nicobar Circle.
This time the Pension Adalat was conducted in Rangat on Thursday, 26 February 2026. Along with the Pension Adalat, a Digital Life Certificate Camp was also organised. The programme was presided over by Joint Controller Communication Accounts, Mr. Arvind Prakash XaXa. Mr. B. Rama Rao and Mr. Haripad Debnath were the Chief Guests of the programme. Mr. Chavvakula Saptagiri, Senior Accounts Officer, Joint Controller of Communications Accounts and Mr. Ikesh Yadav, SDI, BSNL were also present in the event.
The stage was conducted by Mr. Gopal Khushalani, Assistant Accounts Officer. All the questions asked by the pensioners were answered with solutions and guidance for obtaining online digital life certificate was given by Senior Accounts Officer Mr. Chavvakula Saptagiri.
Joint Controller Mr. Arvind Prakash Xaxa distributed the New Year Calendar and Digital Life Certificate Guidance Booklet to all present. Joint Controller Mr. Arvind Prakash Xaxa Sir informed everyone that all pension payments are paid on time by our office. He also informed that if any pensioner needs any assistance, a WhatsApp group has been created where all pensioners can find solutions.
Finally, Joint Controller Mr Arvind Prakash Xaxa thanked all present and the program was concluded with the permission of the Chairman.
