Port Blair, Mar 11: Island Girl Miss. Deborah secures one silver and two bronze medals out of the two silver and three bronze medals bagged by India in the Asian Cycling Champion. Deborah is a 19 Year old girl from these Islands who survived the devastating Earthquake and Tsunami of 2004.
Deborah today bagged a silver medal in the finals of the Junior Women’s Sprint final in which Miss. Yeonhee Jang of Korea bagged the top spot defeating Deborah.
Deborah also secured a Bronze medal in pair with Miss. Manorma of Manipur in the Asian Cycling Championship. In the Kerein Race that held today evening Miss. Deborah Could not secure any position.
Miss Deborah will be participating in the 60 Km Road Cycling Championship under the mastered category from 14th of this month.
