Port Blair, Oct 25: Yuva Bharat Samaj Seva Charitable Trust organized a cleanliness drive in collaboration with Gram Panchayat, Beodnabad, Naval NCC Cadets of JNRM College, and Shree Sita Ramanjaneya Youth Club, Junglighat (SSRYC) on 23/10/2022 at Burmanallah beach.
Together the groupcollected 40 bags of garbage which includes solid waste, polythene bags, plastic bottles, glass bottles, and food wrappers. The collected waste was handed over to Gram Panchayat, Beodnabad for proper disposal.
The cleanliness drive was graced and Participated by Mr. V Kumar, Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Beodnabad and Mr. K. Biju , Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Beodnabad, who have highly appreciated our noble endeavor towards Mother Nature.
They extend heartfelt gratitude towards the Directorate of RD, PRIs, and ULBs for providing vehicle facilities and manpower, for the removal and disposal of the collected garbage.
