Port Blair, Feb 28: The Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Congress Committee has intensified their campaigning at all Municipal Wards by focusing on door-to-door campaigns, small public meetings and roadshows.
The ANTCC President Mr. Rangalal Halder on 27th February 2022 kicked off a door-to-door campaign and roadshow for the Congress candidate of Ward no. 11 Mr. Sanjeev Reddy and Congress candidate of Ward no. 13 Mr. Sudeep Rai Sharma. Hundreds of people were seen supporting the Congress Party during the roadshow.
While canvassing for Congress candidates, Mr. Halder said, “Educated and intelligent voters of Port Blair are well aware that in the last five years, the BJP-led PBMC has done no development in their Wards”.
He added that the people of Ward no. 11 and Ward no. 13 will elect the candidate who will raise their voices and address their demands and needs promptly.
He added that people are disappointed with the BJP rule in the Municipal Council and are set to return the Congress to power.
