Ayurveda Health Camp was organized at Coast Guard Headquarter, Diglipur

Diglipur, Feb. 16: An Ayurveda Health Camp was organized at Coast Guard Headquarter-09, Aerial Bay, Diglipur in the morning hours yesterday by the AYUSH Unit, Diglipur. The event got truly honoured with the presence of the Director General of Coast Guard Mr. Vinod Chamoli and Dr. Siddharaju, CMO, CHC, Diglipur on the occasion. Dr. Siddharaju gave an informative speech on anemic diseases found especially in the reproductive age group owing to malnutrition.
In their introductory speeches, Dr. Mriganka Sekhar Bairagi, MO (Ayurveda) and Dr. Shipra Mistry MO (Ayurveda) narrated about the Homeo Immunity Booster medicines and Ayurvedic medicines, yoga, home made ayurvedic medicines which have been extremely beneficial during covid-19 pandemic situation.
Homeo Immunity Booster medicines and Ayurvedic medicines were later distributed among the defense personnel and their family members and also a free medical health check-up was also done during this camp.
Shri Arabinda Biswas, Health Educator and Smti Jamuna Bepari, Homeo Pharmacist, CHC, Diglipur worked as a supporting team for the entire event of this camp. Approximately, 150 numbers of family members of the Coast Guard personnel were benefited by this Ayurveda Health Camp, a source said.
