Port Blair, Dec 13: Free Yoga classes have started at the Integrated Ayush Hospital at Junglighat in the halls of the new phase building. The classes are being conducted in the morning from 5 am to 6 am and in the evening at 4 pm to 5 pm under the supervision of Yoga experts of AYUSH on all days except Saturday and Sunday. The daily OPD timings shall be from 8.45 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 4 pm except Saturday and Sunday. People have been requested to register their names for Yoga classes at the Yoga Unit of the AYUSH Hospital, Junglighat and contact the Yoga instructor on mobile numbers, 9474201878, 9679591551.
