Port Blair, Oct 22: NSUI State President Mr. M.A Sajid along with NSUI State General Secretary Mr. Vishal Din today met the JNRM Principal and submitted a memorandum to him complaining about the girls’ hostel warden for not allowing the hosteller students to go outside the hostel for purchasing essential materials for their daily needs and restricting them to attend regular computer and other coaching classes at private institutions in and around Port Blair. The NSUI State President has been receiving frequent complaints by girls’ hostellers regarding the glitches in their hostel.
Taking cognizance of this matter, the JNRM Principal resolved the issue within few hours and immediately made a schedule of timing for girls’ hostellers to go outside hostel and assured that college management shall work in the interest of students and fix accountability for any kind of negligence. Mr. Sajid thanked the JNRM Principal for his act of kindness. All students of JNRM girls’ hostel were happy after hearing the decision of JNRM Principal.
