Port Blair, Sept 30: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Member of Parliament along with Yuva Sangh Youth Club, Wimberlygunj, in collaboration with G. B. Pant Hospital organized a Blood Donation camp at Panchayat Community Hall at Wimberleygunj on 30.09.2021 at 9 AM
The Member of Parliament while expressing his gratitude to the blood donors and general gathering at venue of Blood Donation Camp said that the motive behind organizing such camp is to encourage and involve the community in organizing more and more such camps for the benefit of needy and to motivate individuals to donate blood. He said blood donation is considered as the greatest service to mankind and humanity. He said we can’t buy life with money but by donating blood you can save a life of someone. By donating blood we are playing a significant role in the society and become the reason for a smile on someone’s face.
The Member of Parliament expresses gratitude to the Doctors and Para Medical Staff of Blood Collecting team of G B Pant Hospital and the “Yuva Sangh Youth Club, Wimberleygunj” for lending their whole hearted support in organizing the camp. Mr. C Sadakat welcomed the gathering and the vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. O P Abdul Aziz. A total of 28 Units of Blood was donated during the camp by the individuals.
