Port Blair, Sept 24: Dr. N.Lakshmi, Assistant Professor & Head, Hindi Department of MGGC has published a book in her credit. Her newly published book “Yayavar Panchi Ka Geet” is basically a Novel translated from Kannada to Hindi. This book is published by Bodhi Prakashan, Jaipur. Originally, this novel is written in Kannada by a famous film Director, Writer and a scholar Shri Nagatihalli Chandrashekhar. The story of this Novel is mainly based on Gandhian Philosophy, division of the country after Independence, behavioral changes of people and their thoughts, ignorance about how we got independence after a long struggle and sacrifices. It is a psychological Novel.
This book will be released at Bangalore on 2nd October, 2021, on the day of Gandhi Jayanti, by a great Scholar, writer and a Film Director Shri. Chandrashekhar Kambar, present President of Kendra Sahitya Akademy, and a Gyanpeeth Awardee.
